LEAD WEEKEND CHEF

We're on the search for a weekend chef to run the kitchen on a perm or long contract (min 12 months) basis.

 

We're a small (28 covers) but busy place, menu changes weekly, good suppliers & fresh produce. 

 

The kitchen is supported by one KP (also an additional chef Saturday's) so you'll need to be very organised & previous experience to senior CDP/sous level essential. You'll also have an excellent experienced FOH team. We're a calm, professional team so looking for a similar person.

 

Hours are 7.30am to 4.30pm (Sat & Sun) each day, so it's breakfast/brunch/lunch. No evenings. 

 

Salary is £17 per hour basic plus share of tronc (this takes hourly rate to £19.50). Happy with PAYE or freelance.
