Experienced chef, 35 hours per week

Good seasonal food with calm/relaxed, but professional team. We've a solid local reputation and we're now looking for a more London wide one. Great opportunity for someone to take us further.

Around 35 hours per week, Thursday double/Friday Night/Sat double. Could offer more hours if needed. We're flexible. 

Significant creative input on the menu with the chef/owner is required along with ordering, prepping & running/being in charge of the evening services. Also in for the breakfast/lunch Saturday shift as well. 

Up to £17 per hour basic plus share of tips (avg. £19 per hour with tronc), so £35k per annum.

Needs to be experienced (up to sous level), previously cooked at some decent places, relaxed and comfortable running the kitchen with one KP in the evenings. On Saturday day shifts this will also include a commis/assistant chef & KP.

January 2022 start date officially. But could work some freelance in beforehand for the right candidate. 
 

Weekend chef, 17 hours per week, daytime only

Some previous experience in kitchens required (at least 2 years). 

£14 per hour basic plus share of tips (avg. £16 per hour with tronc).

Benefits include cost price food & wine, cycle to work scheme, holidays (30 days pro rata).

Role is to support the senior chef during Saturday (7.30am to 4pm) & Sunday (8am to 4pm).
